Sellen Hills
A stretch of rough hill country in the south of the Stolen Lands. Like the Kamelands, the hills make for hard going: broken, difficult ground that slows travel and settlement alike. Trolls are the region’s best-known danger, and hill trolls are said to den in large caves cut into the hillsides.
The old dwarven guardpost that Hargulka has taken as his fortress lies in the southern Narlmarches, toward the Sellen Hills, about two days’ ride south of Hexpan.
Not to be confused with the much larger Sellen Hills of Numeria, east of the Sellen River far to the north-east, a lawless country of giants, orcs, Kellid nomads and technological ruins.
History with the Party
- 2 Lamashan 4710 Kundal and Nok-nok came running into Hexpan after spotting many trolls near the Sellen Hills. The party rode south that same day.
- 4 Lamashan 4710 After two days’ travel toward the hills, the party found Hargulka’s Fortress and assaulted its entrance. In Session-26 they confronted Hargulka himself and withdrew; a bulette attacked their camp that night.
